Steps to buy this property
STEP 1. Schedule Site Visit

Schedule a FREE site visit for you or your representative. We could pick you up from any place in Metro Manila or you could meet us at the location or at our Imus Office.
Please set an appointment 1 to 2 days in advance
STEP 2. Make Reservation
- Select your desired house model in particular block and lot
- Pay the reservation fee either at the sales office at Lancaster Estates, main office on Shaw Blvd, or satellite office in Imus. Reservation fee can be paid in cash, check, or credit/debit card.
- We’ll be there to personally assist you during reservation.
STEP 3. Pay Downpayment and Submit Requirements
- Pay monthly DP. DP is 12.5% of TCP payable up to 15 months at 0% interest. Monthly DP starts 30 to 45 days from reservation date depending on cut-off date.
- Submit requirements within 60 days from reservation. This period can be extended if needed.
- We’ll be there to personally assist you when you submit documents for the first time.
- You can also ask for our assistance for request and updates.
STEP 4: Move-in
- Go through the inspection and acceptance period of your new house, usually 16th to 18th month
- Go to bank sign loan docs like Letter of Guarantee (LOG)
- Apply for Meralco and Water meter
- Move-in to your brand new house upon acceptance and Loan take-out.

Requirements
Buyers will be given up to 60 days from reservation to complete the requirements. The usual requirements for bank and inhouse financing are as follows:

- 3 pcs 1×1 ID pictures (write name and unit id at the back)
- Photocopy of 2 Valid Government Ids (sign 3x on the side)
- Photocopy of Passport (if OFW, include departure and arrival entries)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (if single)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- TIN Number
- Proof of Billing (i.e Meralco Bill, Maynilad Bill, etc.)
- Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula, if locally employed)
- Photocopy if Income Tax Return
- Post Dated Checks for the monthly DP
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REPRESENTATIVE
- SPA Form (Consularized if buyer is OFW)
- 3 pcs 1×1 ID pictures (write name and unit id at the back)
- Photocopy of 2 Valid IDs (sign 3x on the side)
- Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
PROOF OF INCOME (Only upon Bank’s request)
- Photocopy of Job Contract (If OFW)

NOTE:
Project has no Net Disposable Income (NDI) requirements. Therefore, no proof of income documents will need to be submitted. In short as long as you’re employed, you are welcome to apply for our bank financing scheme provided that principal buyer (and spouse if married) must NOT have any history of cancelled credit card, unpaid loans, pending legal case (annulment, child custody, etc) that would reflect during the CMAP (credit background checking) of the bank.
